Work and Play
Aug 23rd, 2009 by admin

Work and play are two important parts in people's life, but some times they are contradictory, whether we can balance them has much to do with our success.
Some people think that we should do more work, because everyone has a limited life, and we should make as many contributions as we can to society. Besides, we can acquire more knowledge and gain more experience by hard work, which will help us a lot later in our life.
Others believe that we should spare enough time for play. There is a saying that all work and no play makes John a dull boy. Play makes people feel relaxed and free them from the stress of work.
In this sense, it is also beneficial to our health. So if we don't play, we can't work well. In my opinion, we should do more work when we are young be cause we are energetic, and we can spend more time playing and enjoying our life when we become aged. Of course, we should never overdo things and never indulge ourselves with play.

My View on Traffic Accidents
Aug 23rd, 2009 by admin

In recent years, a lot of news about people injured or killed by cars on roads can be heard or seen, which shows us that traffic accidents have been increasing.
But why are there so many such magic events? Is it just because more cars are running on the roads with the development of economy, or because the road conditions can't meet the requirement of cars? I think maybe that's only one part of the reason. The safety awareness seems much more important in the cause of road accidents. As we all know, quite a lot of traffic accidents are due to the drivers who drive cars after drinking. Drunk drivers' mind is vague, and they can't control themselves and the car well, so they can easily spoil other's happiness out of consciousness.
Having realized the main reason and sad effect of the car accidents, we can find some ways to avoid or decrease the accidents. In addition to the improvement of traffic conditions, people must beobliged to obey the traffic rules. Everyone should understand the meaning of life and be careful when driving

The power of love
Aug 23rd, 2009 by admin

When we use the word “love”, we do not simply mean an attraction to a person of the opposite sex, which is a very narrow definition of the word. Love is emotional strength, which can support us no matter how dark the world around us becomes. In fact, throughout history people of many different cultures have regarded love as the noblest of human emotions.

As an example of the power of love, we should remember how the Chinese people of all nationalities respond to the call to help the victims of natural disasters every year. Although their incomes are still low by international standards, people all over the country do not hesitate to donate whatever they can ― be it money or goods ― to help their needy fellow citizens. Moreover, they do this with no thought of gain for themselves.www.mfzlk.com

In my opinion, the best way to show love is to help people who are more unfortunate than we are.www.zwen8.com We should always be ready to give a helping hand to those who are in trouble, no matter whether they are family members or complete strangers. In this way, we can help to make the world a better place, for the darker the shadows of sorrow become, the more brightly the lamp of love shines.

What is happiness?
Aug 23rd, 2009 by admin

What is happiness? Different people have different ideas. Some people are rich; they think they are happy. Other people have many friends, so they feel happy. Still others are happy because their lives are meaningful. Happiness attracts everyone. For children, happiness often suggests eating something good or playing with toys. For a stamp collector, stamps bring more delight than meals. And for a scientist, a discovery or an invention rather than anything else gives him greatest satisfaction.

There was once a beggar who was always happy. The king saw him and wondered why he was so happy because he was so poor. However, the king could have whatever he wanted; yet he himself was not happy at all. Thus we can see one’s happiness doesn’t depend on whether he is rich or poor. Happiness is a state of mind. As long as one thinks he’s content and satisfied, he is happy.

As everything exist only because its opposite , happiness exists only when pain exists. Just as a person who does not know failure never knows success, a person, who has not experienced suffering or sadness never knows what happiness means.www.mfzlk.com

Happiness always promises a hope by which people go on living. When they come to the point of losing hope because they have suffered a great deal, it is often the time when happiness comes that will give them the courage and desire to live.

Cheer up and be happy. Happiness is not far from you. It’s just around you. Try to grasp it and enjoy it.

Everything should be according to ability
Aug 23rd, 2009 by admin

Some young people do manage to break through the barrier despite the restrictions, but the great majority have to wait patiently for years before they can really give full rein to their abilities. This means that, in most fields, the views of young people are never heard because there is no one to represent them. All important decisions about how society is to be run are made by people who are too old to remember what it was like to be young. President Kennedy was one of the notable exceptions. One of the most tragic aspects of his assassination is that mankind was deprived of a youthful leader.

Resentment is the cause of great deal of bitterness. The young resent the old because they feel deprived of the good things life has to offer. The old resent the young because they are afraid of losing what they have. www.mfzlk.com

A man of fifty or so might say,’ Why should a young rascal straight out of school earn more than I do?’ But if the young rascal is more able, more determined, harder-working than his middle-aged critic, why shouldn’t he? Employers should recognize ability and reward it justly. This would remove one of the biggest causes of friction between old and young and ultimately it would lead to a letter society.
